This website is a great way to just relax.  It’s a pretty simple concept.  Take your hands off your mouse & keyboard, close your eyes [optional] and just do nothing for 2 minutes.  I love the concept of the “mental health break” at work [just some time to clear your head of all the clutter that goes on during a working day] and this would come in great for that!
